Ordering and Shipping Information

Ordering Information

To order online, browse through our website store and click on the thumbnail for a complete description of the product. Please make your size selection where applicable. After your selection is made, click on the order button. At any time during your shopping, you can click on the view basket button to see what you have in your basket. Items can be deleted from your basket prior to finalizing your order.

Payments for orders can be made using PayPal, Visa, Master credit or debit card.

Fax Orders: Fax the order to 443-927-2722.
To fax an order and pay via credit card, please make sure that your give us the following credit card information:

  • Name as it appears on the card
  • credit card number including the 3 digit code on the back of the card
  • expiration date
  • billing address.

Phone Orders: To place an order by phone, simply leave us a message on 410-975-5765 and leave us your contact information so we may call you back.

Order Changes

If you need to change an order prior to shipping, please call us at 410-975-5765 or email us at store@sleeplady.com. If the items have not shipped, we will be happy to make your changes.

Privacy/Security Information

Sleeplady.com will not sell or distribute any of your personal information, including your email address to any third party.

Shipping Information

  • Our standard method of delivery is USPS Priority Mail. At our discretion, we may change the shipping method without notice.
  • All in stock orders ship within 72 hours of placement of order if the item is in stock. Usually items ship within 48 hours.
  • Standard/ground service takes 1-8 days for shipment depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays made by the carrier.
  • For Rush Delivery, Order by phone or fax.

Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned for a full credit (less shipping costs) within 14 days of your receipt of goods. After 14 days, all returns are for exchange or store credit only. No returns, exchanges or store credit after 30 days from our ship date. All defective articles will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • All articles must be in saleable condition; previously worn or used items are not returnable.
  • Send items securely wrapped.
  • Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
  • Please email assistant@sleeplady.com to process and schedule a return.
